Ingredients:
1/2 Cup (53g) Kodiak Cakes Pancake Mix
1 Medium Banana
1 Scoop Protein Powder (I use BPN Protein)
1 Large Egg
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, mash up the banana along with the egg.
2. Slowly mix in the pancake mix and protein powder until consistent texture.
3. Preheat pan at a medium-low heat and lightly spray. Add half the batter and cook both sides to golden brown.
4. It doesn't need it but you can top with sugar free syrup if desired.
